Great communication throughout the process, also check in while we visit Cancun. Not having to plan anything , just give Zondra a list of thing we wanted to do & she made it all happen. My favorite part through working with Explorer blue travel was how thorough Zondra was with explaining everything involving my trip to Hawaii. The zoom meetings were also very helpful. My biggest fear was putting my trust in someone to deliver the dream trip I was envisioning. This was my first time ever looking into having a travel agent, so for that matter I didn’t know what to expect or if I would be scammed. She didn’t just meet my expectations…she EXCEEDED them! She listened to what I wanted and matched me with the perfect property! The resort was great with great rooms, service, restaurants, and other amenities. The beach at the resort was great as well. Zondra also provided options for excursions while on vacation. I did snorkeling, lunch at sea, zip lining, horseback riding, and drove buggies. I had such an awesome time, I didn’t want to go home. Explore Blue Travel has definitely earned a customer for life.
