• All payments to Explore Blue Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Explore Blue Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification (passport).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.
• After final payment date, name change fees will increase to $150 per change.
• Late payments will incur a fee of $250 per person after the final due date listed on your payment plan and will be automatically added to your reservations.

• A passport is needed to travel to Tanzania. It must be valid for six months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.
• Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
• Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Zanzibar, Tanzania on August 10, 2024, before 4 pm.
• Once your flight is purchased you should enter your flight information to ensure proper transportation.

• You need a Visa for Tanzania if you have a United States passport. Travelers can apply online for an Electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA).
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
