The detailed itinerary will be provided at least 45 days prior to departure. You will receive an overview of the activities and excursions planned for this trip, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the adventure ahead.
This trip is intended for individuals at least age 18 or older. Travelers must be at least 18 years of age. Spouses are welcome if you choose to bring them along. Should you wish to extend your stay, we are here to assist with any additional arrangements.

Participation in all activities is not mandatory. While we encourage you to take part in the full experience, we understand the need for personal time and relaxation. This is your vacation, and we want it to be enjoyable for you.
Please plan to arrive at Dubai International Airport (DXB) no later than 4 PM on November 15, 2024. We recommend flying a day or two in advance to ensure a smooth start to your trip. Departures should be planned on November 21, 2025, from Dubai.

Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Ensure your policy covers trip cancellation and medical emergencies. Reading the fine print to understand what is and isn’t covered is crucial.
Visa requirements depend on your passport. We will assist you in obtaining any necessary visas. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and has at least two blank pages.
We will provide a comprehensive packing list to ensure you have everything you need for your journey. This will be sent well in advance of your departure.
We will provide the most up-to-date information regarding any required vaccinations for travel to Dubai. Additionally, it’s advisable to consult your physician for personal health advice.
To reserve your spot, a $250 per person deposit is required. We offer flexible payment options including monthly installments, pay in full, or financing through a third-party vendor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Automatic Billing Plan:
You can enroll in automatic billing. When you book, an even payment will be calculated for you.
You will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.
Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
Travel Insurance:
Missing a vacation is bad enough.
Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.
Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.

Travel Notes:
- A passport is needed to travel to Dubai. It must be valid for six months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.
- Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- Once your flight is purchased you should enter your flight information to ensure proper transportation.
- Click to enter flight information. Flight information has to be received by Explore Blue 45 days prior to the departure of your trip to secure your round trip airport transfers. Failure to submit your flight information to Explore Blue Travel by this date will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are in compliance with each country’s policy regarding required vaccinations and/or proof of vaccination status.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
- Any information provided on travel description pertain to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
Terms & Policies
- Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
- All payments to Explore Blue Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Explore Blue Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification (passport).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.
- After final payment date, name change fees will increase to $150 per change.
- Late payments will incur a fee of $250 per person after the final due date listed on your payment plan and will be automatically added to your reservations.
